OGFC-13彩色沥青路面上面层生产配合比设计

摘　　要：结合非机动车道彩色沥青路面实体工程,根据OGFC-13的目标配合比确定生产配合比和最佳油石比,测试OGFC-13沥青混合料的技术指标和动稳定度指标。结果表明:OGFC-13沥青混合料的最佳油石比为5.0%,密度指标、空隙率、稳定度指标满足规范要求,动稳定度均值为5 311次/mm,大于规范值,满足要求。The production mix ratio and optimum asphalt- aggregate ratio of OGFC- 13 were determined according to the target mix ratio of OGFC- 13 combining with the non- motorized vehicles road of color asphalt pavement entity engineering. Its technical indexes and dynamic stability index of OGFC- 13 asphalt mixture were tested. The results show that the optimum asphalt- aggregate ratio of OGFC- 13 asphalt mixture was 5. 0%. Its density index,porosity and stability index meet the standard requirements,and the mean dynamic stability is 5311 times / mm,which is greater than the standard value and meets the requirements.
