红外线照射联合苦参汤熏洗治疗肛瘘创面愈合疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探究与分析红外线照射联合苦参汤治疗肛瘘创面愈合疗效评价。方法选取我院自2013年7月—2015年7月收治的80例低位单纯性肛瘘患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例,对照组给予红外线照射联合1:5 000高锰酸钾溶液,观察组给予红外线照射联合苦参汤,对比2组患者临床疗效、创面疼痛评分、创面渗液评分、创面愈合时间。结果对照组总有效率为77.50%,观察组总有效率为92.50%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比术后第3天、第7天创面疼痛评分明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组与观察组术后第12天、第18天创面疼痛评分无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组与对照组相比术后第3天、第7天创面渗液评分明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组与观察组术后第12天、第18天创面渗液评分无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组创面愈合平均时间与对照组相比明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用红外线照射联合苦参汤熏洗治疗肛瘘创面的临床疗效显著,可有效改善血液循环,促进创面愈合,缩短愈合时间,减少渗液,安全性较高,值得推广。Objective To probe into and analysis of infrared radiation combined bitter ginseng soup in the treatment of anal fistula wound healing. Methods Our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were treated 80 patients with low simple anal fistula,take a random number table method was divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group,control group given joint 1： 5000 infrared irradiation potassium permanganate solution,observation group was given combined infrared irradiation bitter ginseng soup,compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy,pain score,the score drainage of the wound,wound healing time. Results he control group total effective rate was77. 50%,the observation group total effective rate was 92. 50%,total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Observation group than the control group compared with 3 d,7 d postoperative wound pain score significantly decreased,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The control group and observation group of postoperative wound pain score 12 d,18 d has no obvious difference（ P〉0. 05）.Observation group than the control group compared with 3 d,7 d postoperative wound drainage score significantly decreased,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The control group and observation group d 12,18 d postoperative wound drainage score has no obvious difference（ P〉0. 05）. Observation group compared with control group obviously reduce the average wound healing time,statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Using infrared irradiation combined bitter ginseng soup fumigation in the treatment of anal fistula wound curative effect significantly,can effectively improve blood circulation and promote wound healing,shorten the healing time,reduce the drainage,security is higher,is worth promoting.
