滋肾活血方对心肌缺血模型大鼠心电图的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨滋肾活血方(冠心爽合剂)对大鼠心肌缺血模型心电图的影响。方法清洁级Wistar大鼠50只,雌雄各半,随机分为5组,分别为正常组、模型组、滋肾活血方高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余4组运用左冠状动脉结扎术制备冠心病心肌缺血肾虚血瘀型大鼠病证结合模型,空白组和模型组连续灌服生理盐水7 d,中药组连续灌服滋肾活血方7 d,分别记录各组心电图,观察各组大鼠心电图变化。结果与模型组比较,滋肾活血方高、中剂量组可显著降低心电图ST段的升高(P<0.05)。结论滋肾活血方可改善冠心病心肌缺血肾虚血瘀型病证的心电图,明显缓解患者胸闷、胸痛、气短等临床症状,对心肌缺血有良好的改善作用。Objective To explore the influence of Zishenhuoxuefang（ guanxinshuang） on the electr- ocardiogram（ ecg） for rat models of myocardial ischemia. Methods The 50 Wistar rats of clean level were randomly divided into five groups,namely,the blank group,the model group,Zishenhuoxuefang in large dosage group,Zishenhuoxuefang in the middle dosage group and Zishenhuoxuefang in small dosage group,each group of 10. Except rats in the blank group,the rest groups were molded into myocardial and kidney deficiency and blood stasis type ischemia. Rats in the blank group and the model group were administrated with physiological saline for 7 days. Rats in Zishenhuoxuefang group were administrated with Zishenhuoxuefang for 7 days. Then record each electrocardiogram（ ecg） respectively,and observe each group electrocardiogram（ ecg） changes in rats. Results Compared with the model group,Zishenhuoxuefang in large dosage group and Zishenhuoxuefang in the middle dosage group can significantly reduce the rise of ecg ST segment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Zishenhuoxuefang has a good effect on myocardial ischemia.
