摘　　要：目的探讨针灸疗法对慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法通过检索、知网、万方等数据库公开发表的针灸疗法对慢传输型便秘的临床疗效的文献。探讨针灸疗法对慢传输型便秘的作用机制的临床疗效。结果针灸治疗慢传输型便秘的作用机制是否在于调节相关神经、肌肉的兴奋性达到对直肠动力与感觉的改善,其与针灸疗效的相关性如何,在目前的研究中尚没有明确答案。结论针灸治疗慢传输型便秘的作用机制主要是通过针灸调节内分泌激素,使机体产生整体非特异性效应、调节机体对结肠c-kit和SCF的基因表达、激动人体交感和副交感神经系统,改善结肠蠕动等方面实现。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for slow transit constipation. Methods The literature search included China National Knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI）. Evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for slow transit type constipation. Results Studies have indicated that the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of slow transit constipation is the improvement of the regulation of the excitability of nerve and muscle and the sensation of rectum,the correlation between the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion is not clear in the present study. Conclusion The mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of slow transit constipation is mainly through the acupuncture and moxibustion regulating endocrine hormone,which makes the body produce the whole nonspecific effect,regulating the expression of c-kit and SCF gene in colon,and to improve the colonic motility and so on.
