中医论治失眠研究进展

摘　　要：目的从中医对失眠症的病因病机认识,对失眠症的辨证论治、自拟方药、中成药、针灸疗法、循证医学研究、实验研究等方面总结,阐述了近年来中医治疗失眠症的进展。方法通过中国知网,运用文献查找的方法引用了2003—2015年的文献30篇进行论述。结果脏腑的功能失调是失眠的主要病机,失眠的证候主要包括阴虚火旺、心脾两虚、痰热扰心,中医临床通过辨证论治、自拟方药、中成药、针灸等治疗可明显改善患者症状,增加睡眠时间。结论中医药对失眠症有较好的防治作用,可减轻临床症状,增加睡眠时间和深度。但严谨的循证医学研究和规范的实验研究仍然缺乏,治疗方法和疗效评价标准也不统一,仍需进一步研究。Objective From TCM understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia,as well as the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,self-prescription,Chinese patent medicine,acupuncture,evidence based medical research,experimental study,to explore the research progress of TCM in the understanding and treatment of insomnia. Methods Using the method of literature search on CNKI,reference for 30 articles from 2003 to 2015 was included and discussed. Results Dysfunction of Zang and Fu organs is the important pathological basis of insomnia. The main syndromes of insomnia are fire excess from yin deficiency,insufficiency of heart and spleen,and type of phlegmheat attacking the heart. Traditional Chinese Medicine can significantly improve patients＇ symptoms,and increase the sleep time,by syndrome differentiation,self-prescription,Chinese patent medicine,and acupuncture. Moreover,many evidence based medical researches and experimental studies have shown that the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine for insomnia is reliable. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine has a good control effect on this disease,can increase the sleep time and relieve the clinical symptoms,but rigorous evidence based medical research and normative experimental studies are still lacking,evaluation of therapeutic methods and curative effect is not uniform,it still needs to be further studied.
