五味消毒饮加减治疗水痘风热犯表证临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察五味消毒饮加减治疗水痘风热犯表证的临床疗效。方法 :将90例水痘风热犯表证患者随机分为对照组42例、治疗组48例,对照组42例给予阿昔洛韦片口服及对症支持治疗;治疗组48例在对照组基础上加冲服五味消毒饮加减方。治疗结束后观察病人退热时间、皮疹干燥结痂时间及临床疗效。结果 :治疗结束后治疗组在退热时间、皮疹干燥结痂时间上明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且在有效率方面优于对照组。结论 :五味消毒饮加减方联合阿昔洛韦治疗水痘风热犯表证疗效肯定,安全性较好,且无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of wu wei xiao du yin jiajian Decoction Treatment of varicella with feng re fan biao Card.Methods： 90 cases of varicella with feng re fan biao Card patients were randomly assigned to control group（42 cases） and treatment group（48 cases）. Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment,the control group（42 cases） were given acyclovir tablets and symptomatic supportive treatment;treatment group of 48 cases with wu wei xiao du yin jiajian Decoction and symptomatic and supportive treatment. Observe the patient time of fever,rash and dry scab time and clinical effect after treatment. Results： after treatment,the treatment group in the time of fever,rash,dry and scabby time was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）,and the total efficiency is better than the control group. Conclusion： The wu wei xiao du yin jiajian Decoction combined with acyclovir in the treatment of varicella with feng re fan biao Card is effective,safe,and no obvious adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
