红景天苷对高原红细胞增多症大鼠耳廓微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的观察红景天苷对高原红细胞增多症大鼠耳廓微循环的影响。方法实验大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、红景天苷高、中、低剂量组和阳性药组,采用多普勒微循环检测仪检测耳廓微循环血流量,并用微循环图像分析仪测耳廓微血管流速和管径。结果红景天苷能够增加耳廓微循环的血流量,扩张微动脉、微静脉管径,加快血流速度。结论红景天苷能够改善高原红细胞增多症大鼠耳廓微循环。Objective： To observe the effect of Salidroside on auricle microcirculation in plateau polycythemia rats. Methods： Experimental rats were randomly divided into a control group,a model group,Salidroside groups with high- dose,medium- dose and low- dose and a positive group. Doppler was used to detect the blood flow of the auricle microcirculation and microcirculation image analyzer was used to test auricle microvascular flow velocity and pipe diameter. Results： Salidroside can increase the blood flow of the auricle microcirculation,dilate arterioles and venule diameter and accelerate the blood flow velocity. Conclusion： Salidroside can improve auricle microcirculation in plateau polycythemia rats.
