摘  要:C.I.荧光增白剂28/113是造纸行业目前广泛使用的品种。可用于纸浆、表面涂层和表面施胶等多种增白工艺,在国、内外有很长的应用历史;同时,多年来其使用安全性也一直受到人们的关注。该文简单叙述了C.I.荧光增白剂28/113的使用特点:同时根据经济合作和发展组织的筛选信息数据集(OECDSIDS)对C.I.荧光增白剂28/113的评估报告和其他相关资料。从C.I.荧光增白剂28/113环境暴露的来源、分布和转归,及其急性毒性、刺激、致敏、重复一剂量毒性、遗传毒性(基因突变、细胞遗传)、致癌性、生殖毒性、发育毒性、对水生和陆生生物毒性等方面,将C.I.荧光增白剂28/113的毒理学数据和其对人、动物和环境的影响作了比较详细的介绍。目的是让人们对该产品的使用安全性有一个比较全面的认识和了解。At present C.I. Fluorescent brightener 28/113 is widely used in papermaking industry, it can be used for paper pulp, surface coating, surface sizing and other whitening process, it has a long applied history at home and abroad. At the same time its safety has been people's attention for many years. This article simply describes the use characteristics of C.I. Fluorescent brightener 28/113. Meantime according to the OECD SIDS assessment report and other related information of C.I. fluorescent whitening agent 28/113, its a detailed introduction has been made by the Sources of environmental exposure, environmental distribution and fate, acute toxicity, irritation, sensitization, repeated dose toxicity, genetic toxicity(gene mutations, cell genetics), carcinogenieity, reproductive toxicity, developmental toxicity and aquatic and terrestrial toxicity effects on human health, animal and environment. The purpose is to let people has a more comprehensive knowledge and understanding in the use safety of it.
