摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛管理对带状疱疹后神经痛患者疗效的影响。方法选取带状疱疹后神经痛患者90例,随机分为对照组及试验组各45例。对照组采用常规治疗及护理模式,试验组在常规治疗和护理基础上进行疼痛管理。治疗后5、10d对疼痛程度及睡眠受干扰程度、不良反应、疼痛控制满意度进行比较。结果 2组入院时疼痛程度、睡眠受干扰程度差异无统计学意义,干预后5、10d,疼痛程度及睡眠受干扰程度、便秘发生率及疼痛控制满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛管理能减轻患者的疼痛程度,改善患者睡眠,减少药物不良反应,提高患者对疼痛控制的满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of pain management path for postherpetic neuralgia.Methods Ninty patients with postherpetic neuralgia were divided into two groups randomly：the control group and the experimental group with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment and nursing care,the patients in the experimental group were treated with the pain management path,based on the conventional treatment and nursing care.The degree of pain score,the interference degree of sleep,adverse effects of the two groups and the overall satisfaction of patients were compared at day 5and day 10 after treatment.Results There was no statistically different between the two groups on the degree of pain and the interference degree of patients＇ sleep before treatment.At day 5and day 10 after treatment,the difference of the two groups on the degree of pain,the interference degree on sleep,the occurrence of constipation and the overall satisfaction of patients were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of the pain management for the patients with postherpetic neuralgia,can relieve the pain,improve sleep quality and the overall satisfaction,the occurrence of adverse effects also can be reduced.
