摘  要:随着风电技术的发展,风电装机容量逐步增加,在电力系统中的渗透率随之提高,其对电力系统稳定性的影响越来越显著。在此背景下,针对风电并网对电力系统小干扰稳定性的影响,分别从负阻尼机制和强迫振荡机制低频振荡的角度对最新进展进行综述。介绍风电机组的类型、风电接纳的方式和小干扰稳定性相关概念,从不同方面分析指出不同类型风电机组并网对电力系统小干扰稳定性的影响及存在的问题。最后,总结风电并网对电力系统小干扰稳定性的影响,并指出有待进一步研究的问题。With the development of wind power generation technology, the installed capacity of wind generation and its penetration rate in a power system have been increasing. As a result, the impacts of wind generation on stability of power system are becoming more and more significant. Under this background, this paper reviews the latest development of the impact of grid-connected wind power on small signal stability(SSS) of power system from the perspective of negative damping mechanism and forced oscillation mechanism low frequency oscillation respectively. Firstly, the different types of wind turbines, the ways to accept wind power and the basic concepts of SSS are introduced. Secondly, the impacts of various wind turbines on SSS of power systems and some existing problems are analyzed from different aspects. Finally, the impacts of grid-connected wind power on SSS of power system are summarized and further research problems are proposed.
