摘  要:为解决区域保护与控制系统分布式业务的对等通信业务需求,实现变电站间保护控制业务的对等通信机制,在现有电力系统同步数字体系(synchronous digital hierarchy,SDH)设备组网方案基础上,研究基于SDH设备实现对等通信的组网方案;同时,紧跟IP化传输技术的发展方向,研究适用于电力系统的基于分组传送网(packet transport network,PTN)设备的对等通信组网方案;同时,研究基于高可靠性无缝冗余(high-availability seamless redundancy,HSR)环网技术的对等通信组网方案,并对各种组网方案进行对比,以为将来区域保护控制系统的建设提供指导。In order to solve the peer-to-peer communication demand of distributed services of regional protection and control system, and to realize peer-to-peer communication mechanism of protection and control service between substations, and based on the existing networking scheme for synchronous digital hierarchy(SDH) equipment in power system, the networking scheme for the realization of peer to peer communication based on SDH equipment is studied. At the same time, keeping up with the development direction of IP-based transmission technology to study the networking scheme for peer-to peer communication based on packet transport network(PTN) equipment that is applicable to power system. And the networking scheme for peer-to-peer communication based on high-availability seamless redundancy(HSR) ring network technology is also studied, and various networking schemes are compared, which provides a beneficial guidance for the construction of the regional protection and control system in the future.
