摘　　要：为进一步降低圆锥滚子轴承板料冲压加工保持架的成本,以30216圆锥滚子轴承为例,提出了管料加工圆锥保持架的新工艺,分析工艺过程,并与传统板料加工工艺进行了对比。In order to further reduce the cost of cages of tapered roller bearings,which are made of steel sheet by stamping process,taking the tapered roller bearing 30216 as an example,the new technology is put forward for processing cage with steel tube. The technological process is analyzed and compared with traditional steel sheet processing technology.
