小城市企业民间融资特点及引导适度发展建议——以吉林省延边州为例

摘　　要：民间融资作为正规金融的补充在我国民营经济发展中发挥着不可替代的作用。近年来,随着民间融资规模不断扩大,其发展趋势成为了业内关注的焦点。为此,延边中支对州内多家企业民间融资情况施行了实时监测,涉及行业包括工业、煤炭业、交通运输业、房地产业、融资中介等。本文以近年来延边州民间融资监测数据为基础,结合延边州民间融资的现状和成因,分析小城市民间融资特点,并对如何引导其适度发展提出了建议。Private financing as the formal finance plays an irreplaceable role in the development of the private economy in china.
