摘　　要：临床上糖尿病患者骨折风险明显升高,同时骨代谢异常的患者也往往伴随葡萄糖不耐受和胰岛素抵抗,近年来多方研究表明糖代谢与骨代谢之间存在复杂的相互作用,本文综述了二者之间相互作用的研究现状及相关进展。The risk of bone fracture is significantly increased in patients with diabetes mellitus,and the abnormalities of bone metabolism are also accompanied by glucose intolerance and insulin resistance. In recent years,many studies show that there is a complex interaction between bone and glucose metabolism. This paper summarized the research status and progress of interaction between bone and glucose metabolism.
