摘　　要：电子商务业是当前国内商业发展最蓬勃的行业之一,对国家经济的贡献越来越大,经济地位也越来越重要。电子商务的出现改变了传统的经济模式,并且全面深刻地渗透到产、供、销各个领域。而大多数传统企业不能适应电子商务对于库存管理的要求,企业因库存管理不善所导致的问题已有所体现,诸如库存不准、缺储、呆滞、库损现象等问题,也变得越来越严重,给企业带来的损失和不良影响也越来越大。E-business is one of the most booming industries in China’s business circle recently,which has devoted more and more to GDP growth and plays a growing important part in china ’s economy. The appearance of E-business not only transforms the traditional economic pattern,but also influences the field of production,supply and marketing. However,most enterprises can’t satisfy the needs of inventory management,and the problems caused by the poor inventory management have reflected in various aspects of enterprise operation. The problems have become more and more serious,such as inventory inaccuracy,lack of storage,slow-moving and warehouse loss,which have brought worse and worse influences on companies.
