摘 要:抗营养因子广泛存在于植物界,这些有毒有害物质进入动物体内后,其可能转化为具有更大活性和毒性的物质,引起畜禽产品质量和产量下降,起到致病作用,甚至引起死亡。主要对饲草料中硝酸盐及亚硝酸盐、苷类物质、棉酚等抗营养因子的危害作一介绍。The anti-nutritional factors are widely distributed in forage plants, which are toxic and hazardous for animals. The toxicity of these natural components may be enhanced when they enter the body of animals by feed intake. The anti-nutritional components from forage and feed can result in reduction of animal products quality and cause severe disease and even death.Here, we introduced the harm of several common anti-nutritional factors, including nitrate, nitrite, glycosides and gossypol in forage and feed of sheep.
