摘  要:目的调查医院放射科与区域内7家社区医院放射科建立远程会诊以来的实际运行情况。方法对参与远程会诊的12名社区医院放射科医师和14名医院放射科医师发放调查问卷,就系统运行的可行性、医师的应用意愿、网络图像的质量、网络的传输速度、实时视频系统的应用、对患者及医师的的便利性方面进行了调查;每项内容设一般、中等、好、非常好4个等级。结果发放的26份调查问卷全部收回。调查结果显示,总体评价结果为一般的占7.14%,中等的占18.13%,好的占50.54%,很好的占24.17%;评价为好和很好的比例共为74.72%。结论医学影像学的特点非常适合远程会诊,且会诊程序简单,不仅可以缓解大医院的就医压力,同时也可提高基层医院的水平,是一个良性循环,值得推广应用。Objectives To investigate the actual running state since the establishment of teleconsultation between a hospital and seven community hospitals in radiology department. Methods A questionnaire was filled out by 12 doctors of community hospital and 14 doctors of a hospital in radiology department. The feasibility of the teleconsuhation system, the aspiration of doctors to apply, the quality of network imaging, the transmission speed of the network, the application of real-time video system, and the convenience of the teleconsultation to patients and doctors were considered. Four grades were set in each of the item as general, moderate, good, and excellent. Results 26 questionnaires were all finished. The investigation showed that the general evaluation was 7.14%, the moderate was 18. 13%, the good was 50. 54% and the excellent was 24. 17%. The total evaluation of good and excellent was 74. 72%. Conclusions The characteristic of medical imaging is suitable for teleconsuhation extraordinary and the process of teleconsultation was simple. This model could alleviate the pressure of overloading patients in large hospital and improve the level of basic-level hospital. It was a beneficial cycle and worthy of popularization and application.
