摘  要:为了研究常速、快速、慢速音乐对奶牛采食量、产奶量、血液激素水平和神经递质的影响,进行3期试验,各期各选取年龄、胎次、产奶量相近的健康荷斯坦牛32头,随机分成2组,每组16头。对照组不播放音乐,各试验组分别播放常速、快速、慢速梁祝钢琴曲。每期试验40d,每两期中间间隔7d。每20d采集血样、奶样1次,并测定日单产。结果表明:在试验第20天时,常速音乐组和快速音乐组奶牛产奶量分别较各自对照组高出2.34kg、2.11kg,差异显著(P<0.05);在整个试验期,3个试验组奶牛的采食量均高于各自对照组。试验第20天,常速音乐组奶牛血清中SP含量显著高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);在40d、整期,常速音乐组奶牛血清中SP含量高于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05)。在20d、40d、整期,常速音乐组、快速音乐组、慢速音乐组奶牛血清中GABA、5-HT、β-EP、GH、PRL、β-EP含量均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);血清中CCK含量均低于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:(1)音乐可提高奶牛的产奶量。在20d时,常速音乐在维持奶牛产奶量方面相对于同期对照组效果要优于快速音乐组(P<0.05);慢速音乐效果有限(P>0.05)。(2)音乐可提高奶牛的采食量,常速音乐影响最大,快速音乐次之,慢速音乐最小。(3)音乐可以提高奶牛血液中GABA、5-HT、SP、GH、PRL、β-EP的含量(P>0.05);降低奶牛血清中CCK含量(P>0.05)。在20d时,常速音乐可以显著提高奶牛血液中SP的含量(P<0.05)。In order to study the effects of constant speed music, fast music and slow music on feed intake, milk yield, blood hormone levels and neurotransmitters in dairy cows. Totally 32 Holstein cows with the same age, parity, milk yield and feeding management level were randomly divided into 2 groups of 16. Before the test to determine each cow growth environment background decibels. In test group of cow bar with probiotic audio music playback, the test group were daily shown 2 hours of music for often speed Butterfly Lovers 60bmp(beats per minute), fast butterfly lovers for 75 bmp, slow butterfly lovers for 45 bmp. The control group was the same as the experimental group, but the control group did not play music. The test is divided into 3 phases, each last for 40 d, 7d interval in every two phase. The unit yield, blood samples and milk samples were collected per 20 days. Results: after 20 d, the cow milk production for the constant speed and fast music group were higher than the control group of 2.34 kg, 2.11 kg, and the difference is significant(P〉0.05). In 20 d, 40 d and whole period, the dairy intake for constant velocity music group, fast music group, slow music group were higher than those of the control group. After 20 d, content of SP in constant speed music group of cow serum was significantly higher than that in the control group, there was significant difference(P〈0.05), at 40 d, the whole period, the content of SP in constant speed music group of cow serum was higher than that of the control group, the difference was not significant(P〈0.05). At 20 d, 40 d, whole period, constant velocity music group, fast music group, slow music group of cow serum GABA, serotonin, β-EP, GH, PRL, levels of β-EP were higher than the control group, the difference was not significant(P〉0.05).
