摘 要:当前在奶牛养殖中如何预防奶牛热应激、保证奶牛健康,提高饲料利用率、改善牛奶品质成为大家关注的热点。在解决这些问题的过程中,复合益生菌可发挥重要作用。本研究选择天津嘉立荷牧业集团畜牧公司第九牧场处于泌乳中期的奶牛(日均产奶量45kg左右)70头,随机分为两组,每组各35头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在此基础上每天添加奶牛专用益生菌20g/(头·d)。试验结果表明:该益生菌添加剂对减轻热应激状态下奶牛产奶量下降幅度、提升乳脂率具有显著作用,对降低牛奶体细胞数、减少氮素排放具有明显作用。Today, how to prevent cow's heat stress and mastitis, keep the cow's healthy and the cow milk production, improve milk quality and the economic benefit, are becoming the biggest problems in Chinese dairy industry. In order to solve the problems better, more and more probiotic products have paid more important roles. In this experiment, totally 70 Holstein cows in the middle lactation, from 9th dairy farm of Tianjin Jialihe Livestock Co. Ltd., were selected and randomly divided into two groups(experimental group and the control group, each group of 35). Through the comparison experiment of 45 d, the impacts and effects of solid microbial feed additives on cow milk production, quality of milk, cow health and other sides were explored. The results show that Jiufeng No.2 product has more important roles and positive effects in the cows rumen degradation and gastrointestinal digestion, which could significantly increase fat content of milk, improve milk production of the cows, reduce milk somatic cell count, prevent cows heat stress and mastitis effectively. Therefore, the solid probiotic additive has multiple roles.
