摘 要:测试了麻赛尔纤维和圣麻纤维的基本性能,并进行了比较.结果表明,麻赛尔纤维纵向有宽窄、深浅不一的沟槽,截面为独特的不规则C型异型结构;麻赛尔纤维干湿态下断裂强度比圣麻纤维稍大,干态下的伸长率大于圣麻纤维,但湿态下的断裂伸长率小于圣麻纤维;麻赛尔纤维的卷曲率和卷曲弹性率均高于圣麻纤维;麻赛尔纤维比圣麻纤维的体积比电阻略大,两种纤维的回潮率相似,均为12.8%左右.对两种纤维性能的对比分析,为麻赛尔纱线和机织产品的开发提供了参考.The basic properties of Jutecell and Shengma fiber were tested and compared with those of common Shengma fiber. The results showed that there were a number of uneven stripes in the longitudinal direction of fibers,and a unique and irregular C-shaped structure in the cross section. The dry and wet break strengths of Jutecell fiber are larger than that of Shengma fiber. The dry breaking elongation of Jutecell fiber is larger than that of Shengma fiber,but,is lower in wet condition. However,the curl rate and elastic recovery rate of Jutecell are larger than that of Shengma fibers. The volume ratio of the Jutecell fiber is slightly larger than that of Shengma fibers. The dry and wet moisture regain of two fibers are similar,which is about 12. 8%,being close to that of Shengma. By comparing the properties of the fibers,it can give a guidance to develop Jutecell yarns and woven products.
