摘 要:对废旧军服涤纶纤维的性能进行测试并与纯棉和普通涤纶对比分析,设计废旧涤纶/棉混纺纱工艺,测试纱线的性能并与普通涤纶/棉纱、纯棉纱对比分析.结果表明,废旧涤纶纤维的强力与强度比棉纤维高,比普通涤纶低,而回潮率却比普通涤纶大;废旧涤纶/棉纱的断裂强度、弹性、条干均匀度比普通涤纶/棉纱和纯棉纱差;单位长度上,废旧涤纶/棉纱的粗节和细节量比普通涤纶/棉纱和纯棉纱多.In order to reuse the waste uniforms,the performance of the old uniform polyester fibers are tested and compared with that of pure cotton,regular polyester. Spinning of the recycled yarns is designed and the yarn performance is tested and compared with that of ordinary polyester / cotton yarns and cotton yarns. The results show that the strength,strength ratio of the waste polyester fiber is higher than that of cotton yarns,but it is lower than the ordinary polyester fiber,and the moisture regain is larger than that of ordinary polyester fiber; the breaking strength,flexibility,evenness uniformity of the recycled polyester / cotton yarn is poorer than that of ordinary polyester / cotton and pure cotton yarn; the slugs,and thin places are of waste polyester / cotton yarn are more than that of ordinary polyester / cotton and pure cotton yarns.
