摘 要:采用液相离子交换法改性Na(Ⅰ)Y分子筛制备Cu(Ⅰ)Y、Zn(Ⅱ)Y、Ni(Ⅱ)Y、Ag(Ⅰ)Y分子筛。采用X线衍射仪(XRD)、比表面测定仪对改性前后分子筛进行结构分析,考察改性前后分子筛的吸附温度、剂油质量比对吸附氮容量的影响,并对Cu(Ⅰ)Y分子筛的吸附等温线及动力学进行研究。结果表明,改性后的分子筛仍保留分子筛的主体晶型。适宜吸附条件为:剂油质量比1∶50,吸附温度60℃。改性后分子筛的吸附氮容量明显提高,5种分子筛吸附氮容量由大到小的顺序为Cu(Ⅰ)Y、Zn(Ⅱ)Y、Ni(Ⅱ)Y、Ag(Ⅰ)Y、Na(Ⅰ)Y分子筛。Cu(Ⅰ)Y分子筛的吸附氮容量为42.049 mg/g,脱氮率为84.10%。Langmuir模型能够很好地描述该静态吸附过程,相关系数大于0.99;在准一级动力学模型、准二级动力学模型及颗粒扩散模型这3种模型中准二级动力学模型的相关系数大于0.99,是描述Cu(Ⅰ)Y分子筛吸附过程的最佳方程。Cu( Ⅰ) Y,Zn( Ⅱ) Y,Ni( Ⅱ) Y,and Ag( Ⅰ) Y molecular sieves were prepared by liquid phase ion exchange reaction and characterized by X-ray diffraction( XRD) and nitrogen adsorption. The adsorption denitrogenation effects of the samples prior and post to modification were investigated.Experimental measurements of adsorption isotherms and kinetics on Cu( Ⅰ) Y zeolites were carried out.Results showed that the structure of molecular sieve samples prior and post to modification was basically unchanged. The optimum adsorption conditions were obtained as follows: the adsorption temperature of60 ℃,the sorbent-oil mass ratio of 1 ∶ 50. The adsorption capacity of nitrogen was improved by using modified molecular sieves. The adsorption capacity of the five samples was as follows: q( Cu( Ⅰ) Y)〉q( Zn( Ⅱ) Y)〉q( Ni( Ⅱ) Y q( Ag( Ⅰ) Y)〉q( Na( Ⅰ) Y). The adsorption capacity of Cu( Ⅰ) Y was42. 049 mg / g,the removal rate of nitrogen was 84. 10%. The correlation coefficient for Langmuir equation fitting was more than 0. 99,thus the Langmuir equation could be used to describe the adsorption isotherm well. The best kinetics equations to describe the adsorption process was the second order model withcorrelation coefficient more than 0. 99.
