摘 要:湖滨带是连接湖泊水域生态系统与陆地生态系统的功能过渡区,湖滨带生态恢复和重建已经成为生态学与环境科学领域的研究重点和热点。土壤种子库是湖滨带植物群落演替的物质基础,在湖滨带植物群落的恢复与重建中具有重要的理论与实践意义。在阐述湖滨带土壤种子库形成与功能的基础上,从土壤种子库的研究方法、密度和物种组成、空间分布格局、与地表植物的关系、动态以及影响因素等方面,系统地阐述了湖滨带土壤种子库的研究进展;提出了湖滨带土壤种子库研究与应用中存在的问题与今后的研究方向,包括加强湖滨带土壤种子库特征及其影响因素的长期监测与研究、入侵植物对湖滨带土壤种子库的影响、湖滨带土壤种子库的遗传特征以及土壤病原菌对土壤种子库的影响、加强土壤种子库与其它生态恢复技术相结合的湖滨带生态修复工程实践,以期为土壤种子库在湖滨带生态恢复与重建中的研究与应用提供科学依据。Lakeside zone is the functional transition zone that connecting the lake aquatic ecosystem and the land ecosystem. The study of ecological restoration and reconstruction of lakeside has become one of the hotspots in the field of ecology and environment science. Soil seed bank in the lakeside zone is the potential material basis for the standing vegetation regeneration and community succession. Based on the elucidation of the formation and function of the soil seed bank in the lakeside zone, the latest literatures regarding soil seed bank studies in the lakeside zone, including methodology, size and plant composition, spatial distribution pattern,the relationship between seed bank and standing vegetation, dynamics, and influence factors were reviewed.Furthermore, the current problems in the study of lakeside soil seed bank were proposed and some suggestions regarding the domestic research were put forward in future. Specially, the future research suggestions including:(1) the long-term influence factors on the characteristics of the soil seed bank in the lakeside zone should be integrated studied and monitored;(2) the effects of invasive plants on the formation and sustainable of the characteristics of soil seed bank in the lakeside zone should be highlighted;(3) to strengthen the studies on the genetic diversity and structure of the soil seed bank and the response of the seeds in the soil seed bank to soil pathogens;(4) to strengthen the ecological engineering practice using the soil seed bank and other ecological restoration technology. This review would provide the scientific basis for the future study and application of the effect of soil seed bank on the ecological restoration and reconstruction in the lakeside zone.
