摘　　要：本文描述了多媒体技术引进以后对档案编研形成的新思路和影响,分析多媒体档案编研的基础情况、成果形式、宣传平台,提出在档案馆(室)基础业务工作、档案数字化工作、数据库建设、档案编研体系的完善、档案编研人员素质的提升和各类设备资源的统一调配使用等方面加强业务建设,提高多媒体档案编研产品的质量和水平。This article describes the new ideas coming forth and the influence on the compiling and researching of archives after introduction of multimedia technology, analyzes the basic condition, achievement form and publicity platform of compiling and researching of multimedia archives, presents the demand of strengthening the business construction in the aspects of basic business work in archives establishment, archives digitalization work, database construction, improvement of archives compiling and researching system, enhancement of competence of archives compiling and researching personnel, and unified deployment of various equipment resources, in order to improve the quality and level of products of multimedia compiling and researching.
