摘 要:目的探讨军事化训练后官兵甲状腺激素的参考范围。方法以30名军事化训练后官兵为研究对象,分别于军事化训练后和休息1个月后取静脉血,检测其血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT_3)、游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine,FT_4)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(triiodothyronine,T_3)、甲状腺素(thyroxine,T_4)、促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)水平。结果军事化训练后官兵甲状腺激素参考范围为:FT_3 7.14(6.94~7.33)pmol/L、FT_4 14.7(14.13~15.75)pmol/L、TSH1.19(1.12~1.53)m U/L、T_3 1.99(1.90~2.02)nmol/L、T_4 115.0(107.78~123.97)nmol/L;休息1个月后参训官兵甲状腺激素参考范围为:FT_3 7.42(7.16~7.78)pmol/L、FT_4 15.3(14.66~16.60)pmol/L、TSH 2.11(1.97~2.77)m U/L、T_3 2.10(1.99~2.14)nmol/L、T_494.40(89.75~102.78)nmol/L。休息1个月参训官兵的FT_3、TSH、T_3水平均高于军事化训练后,而T_4水平低于军事化训练后,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);FT_4水平高于军事化训练后,但差异无统计学意义。结论军事化训练可引起机体甲状腺激素变化,确定军事化训练后甲状腺激素参考范围有利于避免非战斗性减员。Objective To investigate reference range of thyroid hormone after militarization training. Methods 30 soldiers after militarization training were selected as research object. Samples were taken from peripheral blood after militarization training and one month break, free triiodothyronine(FT_3), free thyroxine(FT_4), triiodothyronine(T_3), thyroxine(T_4) were tested. Results The thyroid hormone reference range of soldiers after militarization training were as follows: FT_3 7.14(6.94-7.33) pmol/L、FT_4 14.7(14.13-15.75) pmol/L、TSH 1.19(1.12-1.53) m U/L、T_3 1.99(1.90-2.02) nmol/L、T_4 115.0(107.78-123.97) nmol/L; thyroid hormone reference range of soldiers after one month break were as follows: FT_3 7.42(7.16-7.78) pmol/L、FT_4 15.3(14.66-16.60) pmol/L、TSH 2.11(1.97-2.77) m U/L、T_3 2.10(1.99-2.14) nmol/L、T_4 94.40(89.75-102.78) nmol/L. Level of FT_3、TSH、T_3 after one month break were all higher than that just after militarization training, but level of T_4 was lower than that just after militarization training, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05); level of FT_4 after one month break was lower than that just after militarization training, but there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusions Militarization training could disturb thyroid hormone, so it is helpful to avoid non-combat casualties by determining thyroid hormone reference range after militarization training.
