摘　　要：报道1例组织瓣修复车祸外伤致胫腓骨开放性骨折合并皮肤软组织缺损,以期为该类患者治疗提供一定的借鉴。1 clinical case of open fracture of tibia and filuba combined with skin and soft tissue defect repaired by tissue flap was reported in this paper. It aimed to provide reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
