摘  要:针对铝合金方盒形件塑性变形能力较差、变形不均匀等问题,进行了粘性介质压力成形研究。期望利用粘性介质的自身性能延缓铝合金方盒形件破裂和起皱等缺陷的产生,以提高铝合金方盒形件的成形质量和使用性能。研究过程中,采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对铝合金方盒形件粘性介质压力成形过程进行仿真分析,根据成形试件形状特点和材料力学性能对成形所需坯料形状及压边力加载曲线进行了优化,得到了不同工艺参数条件下的成形试件几何形状和壁厚分布规律,在此基础上进行了粘性介质压力成形试验。结果表明,坯料几何形状对材料流动规律和试件成形质量影响较大,在合适的压边力条件下,采用粘性介质压力成形方法能够成形出满足使用要求的铝合金方盒形件。For the problems of low plasticity formability and the non-uniform deformation of aluminum alloy square box,the viscous pressure forming process was researched. Based on the characteristic of viscous medium,the generation of defects such as fracture and wrinkling was expected to prevent so as to improve the workability and forming quality of aluminum alloy square box. In the research process,the viscous pressure forming process of aluminum alloy square box was simulated and analyzed by the finite element software ANSYS / LSDYNA. Furthermore,blank dimension and blank holder force loading curve were optimized according to the characteristics of specimen shape and mechanical property of material,and the dimension,shape and wall thickness distribution regulation of specimens were obtained under different forming parameters. At last,the experiment on viscous pressure forming was conducted. The results show that geometric shape has a great effect on the flow regulation of material and forming quality of specimen,and the required aluminum alloy square box can be formed directly by viscous pressure forming with the proper blank holder force.
