摘  要:这针对筒形拉深件在试模中出现的零件起皱问题,采用正交试验的方法研究坯料形状尺寸、压边力、凹模圆角半径和摩擦系数这4个因素及水平对起皱的影响。通过Dyanform软件对正交试验安排进行模拟,得到了试验的考查指标"最大增厚率"。将"最大增厚率"与各工艺参数进行趋势图对比分析,得到了该零件的最佳工艺参数组合为A3B1C1D2,坯料形状尺寸、压边力、凹模圆角半径和摩擦系数这4个因素的水平分别Φ215 mm,35 k N,R4 mm和0.125。根据得到的最优工艺参数组合修改模具结构,再次试模得到了合格产品,解决了零件的起皱问题。For the wrinkling problem produced in the drawing of cylindrical part,the influences of the blank shape and size,blank- holder force,die corner radius friction coefficient,on wrinkling were studied by the orthogonal experiment. The arrangement of the orthogonal experiment was simulated by the software Dynaform,and"the biggest thickening rate",which was the examination indicator of the orthogonal experiment,was then obtained. Compared with the trend graph of parameters,the best combination of parameters with A3B1C1D2 was obtained. The levels of the four factors including the blank shape and size,blank-holder force,the die corner radius and friction coefficient are Φ215 mm,35 k N,R4 mm and 0. 125 respectively. Furthermore,the die structure was modified by the optimized parameters,and the qualified product was gained. Therefore,the wrinkling problem of the part was solved at last.
