加拿大红豆杉针叶中一个新的双黄酮化合物

摘　　要：对加拿大红豆杉Taxus canadensis针叶的化学成分进行研究。采用多种色谱手段进行分离,通过波谱解析确定化合物结构。从加拿大红豆杉针叶中分离并鉴定了1个双黄酮化合物3-hydroxy-4,7-dimethylamentoflavone(1),该化合物为新化合物。The presentstudy is to investigate the chemical constituents of needles of Taxus canadensis. The constituent was isolated by various chromatographic methods,and the chemical structure was elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. A new biflavone was isolated and identified as 3-hydroxy-4,7-dimethylamentoflavone.
