摘　　要：通过介绍在新时代背景下立足于科技创新以及科技革命的特征,分析其发展的新趋势,提出了我国在面对这样的时代政策背景下所需要采取的相应措施,为我国适应科技创新与科技革命新趋势奠定了发展的基础。This paper mainly through the introduction of scientific and technological innovation in the new era background and the characteristics of scientific and technological revolution,to analyze the new trend of its development,put forward the corresponding measures which need to be taken in the face of such a policy background,and lay the foundation for our country to adapt to the new trend of scientific and technological innovation and technological revolution.
