摘 要:实验研究了硅-锰脱氧产物对低硅铝钙型Ca O-Mg O-Al2O3-Si O2-Mn O预熔精炼渣凝固特性的影响,并通过热力学计算软件对实验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:预熔精炼渣中,Si O2含量对炉渣熔化特性的影响显著,总体趋势表现为先降低后升高。其中Si O2质量分数约8.55%时,能显著改善炉渣的熔化性能。添加少量的Mn O可降低预熔渣的熔点。其中Mn O质量分数每提高1%,可降低熔点约2~3℃。热力学软件计算表明,Ca O-Mg O-Al2O3-Si O2-Mn O炉渣中1 500℃液相区面积随着Mn O含量的增加而不断扩大,炉渣液相线温度逐渐降低。Effects of Si-Mn deoxidization product on the solidification characterization of refining slag Ca O-Mg O-Al2O3-Si O2-Mn O were investigated. The experimental results were also verified and analyzed by theoretically calculated using the thermodynamic software. The results indicated that the Si O2 content had obvious influence on the melting temperature of slag. The melting temperature decreased with increasing Si O2 content, and following by an increase with further increasing Si O2 content. While the mass fraction of Si O2 was about 8. 55%,the characteristic temperatures of slag were suitable. The results also indicated that adding a small amount of Mn O will reduce the melting point of the slag. For every one percent increasement of Mn O content in slag,the melting temperature drops about 2 ~ 3 ℃. The thermodynamic calculations showed that with the increasing of Mn O content,the proportion of the 1 500 ℃ liquid region in the Ca O-Mg O-Al2O3-Si O2-Mn O system increased,and the liquidus temperature of slag decreased.
