摘  要:目的探讨右旋美托嘧啶对大鼠切口痛模型脊髓NF-κB水平、血清IL-6的影响。方法选取成年的SD雄性大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组10只,模型组和药物组15只。模型组和药物组建立切口痛大鼠模型,药物组造模前采用右旋美托嘧啶进行腹腔注射。手术后2 h,对所有大鼠的脊髓NF-κB、P物质水平及血清IL-6水平进行检测。结果手术后2 h,与模型组比较,药物组大鼠脊髓NF-κB水平较低(P<0.05);药物组大鼠P物质水平较低(P<0.05);药物组大鼠血清IL-6水平较低(P<0.05)。结论右旋美托嘧啶能够明显降低切口痛模型大鼠的血清IL-6水平,抑制脊髓NF-κB及P物质表达,对手术切割引起疼痛具有镇痛作用。Objective To analysis the effect of dexmedetomidine on spinal NF-κB level and serum IL-6 in model rats with wound pain.Methods 40 adult SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group and drug group,10 rats in normal control group,15 rats in model group and drug group. The model group and the drug group were used to establish the rat model of wound pain,and before the establishment of the model,the drug group was treated with dexmedetomidine intraperitoneal injection. 2 h after resuscitation,the spinal NF-κB,substance P levels and serum IL-6 level were detected in all the rats. Results 2 h after resuscitation,compared with model group,the spinal NF-κB level was lower in the drug group( P〈0. 05); the spinal substance P level was lower in the drug group( P〈0. 05); the serum IL-6 level was lower in the drug group( P〈0. 05).Conclusion The dexmedetomidine can significantly reduce the serum IL-6 level,and inhibit expression of NF-κB and substance P in spinal cord in rats with wound pain,enhance the activity of SOD,have analgesic effect on the pain caused by surgical incision.
