当归片对白血病患者血清叶酸、VB12及EPO的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨当归片对白血病患者血清叶酸、维生素B12(VB12)、促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)及脾脏特异性免疫的影响及其意义。方法选取青海大学附属医院已确诊为白血病的患者42例,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组21例,予临床常规方法治疗,实验组21例,在临床常规治疗基础上加用当归片4片/次,每天3次口服。4周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。治疗结束后比较2组患者的血清叶酸、VB12及EPO水平、脾脏特异性免疫。结果与对照组相比,治疗后实验组血清VB12、EPO水平较低,叶酸水平较高(P<0.05)。实验组VB12和EPO、叶酸和VB12以及叶酸和EPO之间呈正相关(r=0.889,r=0.847,0.844;均P=0.000)。与对照组相比,实验组淋巴细胞增殖、人白细胞(位点)DR抗原[human leukocyte antigen(locus),HLA-DR]比例较高,caspase-3细胞阳性指数较低(P<0.05)。结论当归片能有效调节白血病患者血清VB12、EPO、叶酸水平,提高脾脏特异性免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effect of angelica tablets on serum folate,VB12,erythropoietin（ EPO） levels and the specific immune function of spleen in patients with leukaemia. Methods 42 patients with leukemia in the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with random digital table. 21 cases in control group received routine treatment method,21 cases in experimental group received angelica tablets of 4 tablets per times,three times per day,orally. All patients were treated for two courses with one course of two weeks. The serum folate,VB12,EPO levels and the specific immune function of spleen were compared between two groups pre-and posttreatment. Results Compared with control group,the serum VB12 and EPO levels post-treatment were lower and folate level was higher（ P〈0. 05）.There were positive correlation between serum levels of VB12 and EPO,between folate and VB12,between folate and EPO（ r = 0. 889,r = 0. 847,0. 844; all P = 0. 000）. Compare with control group,the lymphocyte proliferation and HL A-DR ratio were higher and the positive cells index of caspase-3 was lower in experimental group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Angelica tablets could regulate serum levels of VB12,EPO and folic acid levels and improve the specific immune function of spleen effectively in patients with leukemia.
