摘　　要：目的探讨依巴斯汀对过敏性鼻炎患者血管细胞粘附分子-1、IL-4、IL-10水平及患者症状的影响。方法选取120例过敏性鼻炎患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者口服西替利嗪10 mg/次/日,观察组患者口服依巴斯汀10 mg/次/日,疗程均为14天。采用ELISA法检测2组患者治疗前后血管细胞粘附分子-1(vascular cell adhesion molecule-1,VCAM-1)及白细胞介素-4(interleukin,IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)水平;采用症状总积分下降指数(symptom score reducing index,SSRI)评价2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,2组患者血清VCAM-1、IL-4、IL-10水平均较治疗前下降,且治疗后,观察组VCAM-1、IL-4、IL-10水平更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者患者症状积分较前有明显下降,观察组SSRI明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依巴斯汀能够明显降低过敏性鼻炎血清黏附分子、IL-4、IL-10水平,有助于改善过敏性鼻炎患者症状。Objective To investigate the effect of ebastine on vascular cell adhesion molecule-1,IL-4,IL-10 in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods 120 patients with allergic rhinitis,were randomly divided into observation group and control group（ n = 60）,the control group with oral cetirizine cetirizine 10 mg / time / day,observation group were treated with ebastine 10 mg / time / day,a course of 14 days. VCAM-1,IL-4 and IL-10,SSRI in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,serum VCAM-1,IL-4,IL-10 levels were lower than before treatment,and after treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the symptom scores of two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,the observation group SSRI was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Ebastine can significantly reduce the allergic rhinitis the level of serum VCAM-1,IL-4,IL-10,improve patients symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
