间苯三酚联合益母草制剂对青少年痛经患者前列腺素E2水平、前列腺素F2α水平、子宫微循环变化指标及临床疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨间苯三酚联合益母草制剂对青少年痛经患者前列腺素E2（prostaglandin E2,PGE2）水平、前列腺素F2α（prostaglandin F2α,PGF2α）、子宫微循环变化指标及临床疗效的影响。方法收集浙江省淳安县妇幼保健院收治的青少年原发性痛经患者60例,根据用药不同分为对照组和实验组,每组30例,对照组于月经来潮前1d给予氟芬那酸片200 mg,3次/天,口服,服用2~3 d或至症状消失;实验组患者月经来潮前3~4d给予益母草颗粒15 g,2次/天,口服,连续服用15d;月经来潮时给予间苯三酚注射液40 mg肌内注射。2组患者均治疗3个月经周期。治疗结束后,对所有患者的血清PGE2、PGF2α水平、子宫微循环相关指标及临床疗效情况进行检测。结果与对照组治疗后比较,实验组患者血清PGE2水平明显较高（P〈0.05）,血清PGF2α水平及PGF2α/PGE2值较低（P〈0.05）;实验组患者的子宫动脉PI值、RI值及A/B值较低（P〈0.05）;实验组患者总有效率较高（P〈0.05）。结论间苯三酚联合益母草制剂能够显著提高青少年痛经患者血清PGE2水平,降低血清PGF2α水平及PGF2α/PGE2比值,改善子宫微循环,提高临床疗效。Objective To analyze the effect of phloroglucinol combined with motherwort preparation on PGE2 level,PGF2α level,uterine microcirculation and clinical research in adolescent patients with dysmenorrhea. Methods 60 adolescent patients who were diagnosed with primary dysmenorrhea in our hospital were collected. All patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to different drugs,30 cases in each group,control group was given flufenamie acid tablets 200 mg orally,three times per day,one day before menstruation,took two ~ three days or symptoms disappeared. Experimental group was treated with motherwort particles 15 g orally,two times per day three to four days before menstruation took 15 consecutive days; given Phloroglucinol injection 40 mg intramuscular injection when menstruation. 2 groups were treated for 3 menstrual periods. The serum PGE2、PGF2α levels、related index of uterine microcirculation and clinical curative effect of all patients were detected. Results After treatment,compared with control group,the serum PGE2 level was higher,the serum PGE2 level and PGF2α / PGE2 were lower in experimental group（ P〈0. 05）; the PI value,RI value and A/B value of uterine artery were lower in experimental group（ P〈0. 05）; the total effective rate was higher in experimental group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The phloroglucinol combined with motherwort preparation can significantly increase the serum PGE2 level,reduce the serum PGF2α level and PGF2α / PGE2 value in adolescent patients with dysmenorrhea,improve the uterine microcirculation,improve the clinical efficacy.
