摘  要:【目的】减小小区小麦育种收获机工作过程中的振动对其作业可靠性、育种试验结果测定产生干扰.【方法】利用Solidworks软件对育种收获机机架进行参数化建模,结合有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench提取出机架的前10阶固有频率和模态振型,在对比分析外部激振频率与机架固有频率特点的基础上,找出引起机架共振的环节,并对机架进行结构优化以避免共振现象的发生.【结果】当机架横梁厚度由3.0mm减为2.6mm,竖梁厚度由3.0mm减为2.8mm,圆杆直径由25mm减为21mm,板件厚度(包括侧板和底板)由1.5mm减为1.1mm后,优化机架的固有频率均有效避开了收获机各外部激振频率范围.【结论】该研究可以为小区育种收获机机架结构的设计与优化提供参考.【Objective】To decrease vibration interferes in the working process on operation reliability and to determine of breeding test results of plot wheat breeding harvester.【Method】The frame of wheat breeding harvester was built parametric model in Solidworks,and then combined with the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to ectract the first ten order natural frequencies and mode shapes of frame.This paper based on the contrast analysis of external excitation vibration frequencies and natural frequencies,finding out the resonance link,to avoid the resonance phenomenon through the structure optimization of the frame.【Result】The thickness of crossbeam was reduced from 3.0mm to 2.6mm,the thickness of bending beam was reduced from 3.0mm to 2.8mm,the diameter of round rod reduced from 25 mm to 21 mm,the thickness of plate(including side and bottom)reduced from 1.5mm to 1.1mm,the frame after optimization kept away from each external excitation frequency of breeding harvester.【Conclusion】The study provides reference for the design and optimization of frame structure of plot wheat breeding harvester.
