摘 要:随着智能电网及信息通讯技术的发展,利用需求侧灵活资源消纳高渗透风电成为国内外智能电网的发展趋势。考虑到多重不确定因素的作用以及电力物理信息系统的深度融合,首先概述了大规模高渗透风电与灵活资源协同互动运行系统可靠性研究的必要性。其次,对传统发电机组、风电机组等发电系统进行可靠性评估方法综述;指出了灵活资源可调度潜力的分析方法,并计及电力信息系统的不确定性提出灵活资源等效出力可靠性评估方法。此外,考虑到高渗透风电与灵活资源协同互动关系,提出智能电网框架下计及风电与灵活资源互动的系统可靠性评估流程。最后,进一步指出新形势下系统可靠性研究的重点研究方向。With the development of smart grid and information and communication technology(ICT), flexible demand resources have been utilized for accommodating the high penetration of wind power. In this paper, various uncertainties affecting reliable and secure operation of power systems were analyzed including the uncertainties of cyber physical system(CPS). Moreover, multi-state reliability models of conventional generating units and wind farms were introduced. The techniques for analyzing dispatch-able potential and reliability of flexible demand resources were proposed considering the uncertainties of electric power information system. Furthermore, reliability evaluation procedures for power systems considering cooperative interaction between wind power and flexible demand resources were summarized. Finally, possible research directions of reliability analysis were pointed out under the new situations.
