摘  要:传统的单移相控制下,当电压传输比不等于1时,双主动全桥(dual active bridge,DAB)直流变换器的部分开关管在轻载状态下会失去零电压开通的特性,从而造成开关损耗的增加。三重移相控制引入了内部移相角,比传统的移相控制多两个自由度,使控制具有更大的灵活性。在三重移相控制的基础上,提出一种改善DAB特性的优化调制策略,使所有开关管在全功率范围内具有软开关的特性,并且能够减小轻载状态下变换器的电流应力和导通损耗,从而提高了变换器的效率。此外,提出的求解最优控制量的算法具有广泛的适用性,可以扩展至DAB变换器其他的最优化问题。实验结果验证了所提出调制策略的有效性。With the conventional single-phase-shift(SPS) control, part of switches of dual active bridge(DAB) dc-dc converter lose zero-voltage switching(ZVS) operation at low loads when the voltage conversion ratio is different from unity. Consequently, the switching losses increase. Triple-phase-shift(TPS) control which introduces additional inner phase-shift ratios has two more degrees of freedom than SPS control. Thus, TPS control is more flexible. This paper proposed an optimized modulation scheme based on TPS control to improve the DAB performances. With the proposed modulation scheme, all active switches were operated under soft switching in the whole load range. Simultaneously, the current stress and conduction losses decreased at low loads. The efficiency of the converter increased accordingly. Moreover, the proposed algorithm to calculate the optimal control parameters had great universality, and could be used for other optimizations of DAB. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed modulation scheme.
