摘 要:在变速恒频发电等应用领域,无刷双馈发电系统有着很多优点,如逆变器容量小、系统效率高、可靠性高等。该文从绕线转子无刷双馈发电机(brushless doubly fed generator,BDFG)的基本原理出发,建立了该电机的电磁模型。可以证明控制绕组电流的大小直接影响功率绕组输出电压的大小,对控制绕组的电流应采用电流闭环控制的方法。在忽略励磁电流时,控制绕组电流的大小近似等于功率绕组电流的大小,这可以作为电压外环设计的依据。该文分别研究了有位置传感器和无位置传感器时的独立发电控制算法,可以实现对BDFG发电电压的有效控制。在此基础上研制了一台64 kVA绕线转子无刷双馈发电机控制系统实验装置,进行了大量的实验研究。实验结果证明了所提出的无传感器控制方法的有效性。In application fields like variable speed constant frequency electric generation, the brushless doubly fed generator(BDFG)system has great advantages such as the small capacity of inverters, high efficiency and high reliability. The electromagnetic mathematical model of BDFG was established based on the basic principle of wound rotor BDFG. From this model, it could be seen that the current of the control winding affects the voltage of the power winding directly. So the current close-loop control method should be adopted. When the excitation current component was ignored, the current magnitude of the control winding and the power winding were equal approximately. This could be used as the basis for the design of the outer voltage loop. An independent generation control algorithm of BDFG was presented in this paper whether the position sensors exist or not, and the output voltage could be controlled effectively using the presented method. A 64 k VA 4/8 pole wound rotor BDFG system was made and studied experimentally. The feasibility of the proposed sensorless control method is proved by experimental results.
