摘　　要：王庆国教授认为过敏性鼻炎其本在脾肾不足,而标在肺寒,当属本虚标实之证,治宜内外同治,表里兼顾。麻黄附子细辛汤温少阴之经而发太阳之表,温阳中兼发散,解表中兼补虚,共同发挥扶正祛邪,温经解表的作用,适用于阳虚内寒而兼外感寒邪之证,正合肺寒之机,故临证配伍不同基础方药治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效显著。Professor Wans Guoqing thinks that the root cause of allergic rhinitis lies in deficiency of the spleen and kidney and the superficial cause is lung coldness. According to him allergic rhinitis belongs to a syndrome of deficient root and excessive superficial and should be simultaneously treated the exterior and the interior. Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction can warm the shaoyang meridian and disperse the superficial pathogen of taiyang. There＇s dispersing while warming yang and tonifying deficiency while expelling the external pathogen,jointly exerting the functions of reinforcing the healthy qi and tonifying the deficiency,warming the meridians and expelling the external pathogen. So it is applicable to the syndrome of yang deficiency and internal cold mingled with exogenous cold pathogen,which right conforming to the mechanism of lung cold. Therefore,compatibility with other different basic formulas in clinical practice is remarkably effective on allergic rhinitis.
