吴惟康运用“辛甘化阳法”经验探析

摘　　要：辛甘化阳法的临床应用颇为广泛,所治疾病除内科病以外,也同样广泛应用于外科、妇科、儿科、五官科等各科疾病。吴惟康教授从辛甘之功效与阴阳属性出发,结合多年临床经验,深度挖掘辛甘化阳的内涵,对辛甘化阳法做出的归纳总结,较为系统、全面地诠释了辛甘化阳法在临床上的配伍应用,丰富了龙江医派学术宝库的内涵。The method of pungency and sweetness transforming into Yang is widely used in clinical practice for internal diseases as well as various diseases of surgery,gynecology,pediatrics,ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology. Professor Wu starts from the effects of pungency and sweetness and the properties of yin and yang,combines with years of clinical experience,deeply digs the connotation of pungency and sweetness transforming into yang and then summarizes it,and explains systematically and comprehensively the compatibility of medicines in this method,which enriches the connotation of the academic treasury of the school Longjiang medicine.
