醒脑静注射液治疗儿童重型手足口病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脑静注射液治疗儿童重型手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将2013年1—6月在郑州市儿童医院住院治疗的137例重型手足口病患儿随机分为对照组72例和治疗组65例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上,应用醒脑静注射液0.4~0.6 m L·kg^(-1)注射,1次·d^(-1)。两组均治疗7~10 d,比较两组患儿临床疗效。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(Z=-2.836,P=0005);治疗组的发热消失时间、意识障碍消失时间、呕吐消失时间、肌阵挛消失时间、抽搐消失时间及住院时间短于对照的,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);而在皮疹消退时间上与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:应用醒脑静注射液治疗重型手足口病安全、有效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Xingnaojing Injection（ XNJI） on children ＇ s severe type handfoot-mouth disease. Methods： One hundred and thirty-seven children with severe type hand-foot-mouth disease who were treated in our hospital between Jan. of 2013 and Jun. of 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 72 and 65 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added XNJI based on the treatment of the control group,0. 4- 0. 6 ml·kg^（- 1）each time and once each day. Both groups were treated for 7 days,then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ Z =- 2. 836,P = 0005）. The fever disappearing time,the disturbance of consciousness disappearing time,the vomiting disappearing time,the muscle spasm disappearing time,the tics disappearing time and length of hospital stay of the treatment group were all shorter than those of the control group; And all the differences between them had statistical significance（ all P 〈0. 05）. But in terms of rashes disappearing time,there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： XNJI has safe and remarkable clinical curative effect on children＇s severe type hand-foot-mouth disease.
