中西医结合治疗冠心病支架植入术后心绞痛45例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗高龄冠心病患者支架植入术后心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将90例冠心病支架植入术后心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和试验组各45例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上,加用中药丹蒌冲剂治疗,两组均以2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后心绞痛发作频率和持续时间、心电图ST-T变化以及血清细胞因子变化情况。结果:试验组有效率为95.5%,对照组有效率为73.2%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组心绞痛发作频率、T波低平导联数较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:常规西药联合丹蒌冲剂治疗心绞痛可降低患者心绞痛发作频率与持续时间,有效改善冠心病患者临床症状。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on angina after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty. Methods： Ninety patients with angina after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty were randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group,with 45 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the experiment group were added Dan Lou granules（ DLG） based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups regarded 2 weeks as one course,then after 2 courses＇ treatment,the clinical curative effects,the attack frequency and duration of angina before and after the treatment,ECG ST-T changes and changes of serum cytokines of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the experiment group was95. 5%,while that of the control group was 73. 2%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Routine Western medicine in combination with DLG can reduce the attack frequency and duration of angina,and effectively improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms.
