稳心颗粒联合丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛30例

摘　　要：目的:观察稳心颗粒联合丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择2010年1月—2015年5月本院收治的60例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组给予β受体阻滞剂、阿司匹林、钙离子拮抗剂及调脂药物等常规治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上加用稳心颗粒联合丹红注射液治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后心功能改善情况及血清BNP水平变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为76.7%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后射血分数、心输出量、血清中BNP水平较治疗前改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒联合丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛可提高患者的临床疗效,且可改善患者的临床症状。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Wenxin Granules（ WXG） in combination with Danhong Injection on unstable angina. Methods： Sixty patients with unstable angina who were treated in our hospital between Jan. of 2010 and May of 2015 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment such as βblockers,aspirin,calcium ion antagonist and lipid- regulating drugs,while the ones in the observation group were added WXG in combination with Danhong Injection based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed; Their heart function improvement and serum BNP level change before and after the treatment were compared. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 93. 3%,while that of the control group was 76. 7%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈0.05）. After the treatment,the two groups＇ ejection fraction,cardiac output,serum BNP level improved than before the treatment;The observation group was better than the control group; And all the differences between them had statistical significance（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： WXG in combination with Danhong Injection can improve the clinical curative effect and clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina.
