中药贴敷干预心力衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药贴敷干预心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:对100例慢性心力衰竭患者实施中药贴敷干预措施,采用心力衰竭中医护理疗效评价表进行疗效评价分析。结果:中药贴敷干预后,患者的主要临床症状均明显改善,100例患者中,依从91例,部分依从8例,不依从1例;满意93例,部分满意7例,不满意0例。结论:中药贴敷能明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者的主要临床症状,且简单易行。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of application of traditional Chinese medicine on heart failure. Methods： One hundred patients with chronic heart failure were treated with application of traditional Chinese medicine,then the clinical curative effect was analyzed according to TCM nursing curative effect evaluation table. Results： After using application of traditional Chinese medicine,the patients＇ major clinical symptoms were significantly improved,and the difference in the nursing curative effect between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve major clinical symptoms of the patients with chronic heart failure,and is simple and easy to operate.
