摘　　要：痤疮有平和质型痤疮、阳虚质型痤疮、阴虚质型痤疮、气虚质型痤疮、痰湿质型痤疮、湿热质型痤疮、气郁质型痤疮、血瘀质型痤疮和特禀质型痤疮等9种类型,不同的证型给予相应的治疗大法,但该病病机复杂,在治疗中不能拘泥一法,注意在清热解毒时要宣郁,苦寒燥湿时要滋阴,化瘀时要扶正,补虚时要祛邪;再选用相应的预防方法,使机体的抵抗力得到提高,从而机体的生命活动处于阴阳协调、体用和谐、身心健康的最佳状态,才能有效地预防和治疗痤疮,提高生存质量。There are 9 types of acnes： mild type,yang-deficiency type,yin-deficiency type,qi-deficiency type,phlegm-damp type,damp-heat type,qi-stagnation type,blood-stasis type and special type. Different type should be treated differently,but its pathogenesis is complicated,so treatment should not be constrained to one therapy： Expelling toxin by cooling should be accompanied with releasing stagnation; Bitter,cold,dry and wet symptoms should add yin supplement; Removing blood stasis should also strengthen healthy qi; Supplementing deficiency should also remove pathogen. At the same time,,proper preventative measures should be taken to increase body＇s resistance ability,harmonize yin-yang of life activities,keep body at the best state,effectively prevent and treat acne and improve the patients＇ life quality.
