复方苦参注射液联合GC化疗方案治疗晚期膀胱癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合GC化疗方案治疗晚期膀胱癌的临床疗效。方法:将本院收治的200例晚期膀胱癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组采用GC化疗方案,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上应用复方苦参注射液治疗,观察两组患者化疗效果、免疫功能及生活质量,随访3 a,观察两组远期生存率及肿瘤标志物水平。结果:观察组临床受益率、有效率及KPS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组化疗后自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)、免疫球蛋白、T淋巴细胞及及亚群水平均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访2 a,观察组肿瘤标志物水平明显低于对照组,而2 a生存率则高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合GC化疗方案能显著改善晚期膀胱癌患者免疫功能,提高化疗效果和远期生存率。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of compound kuh-seng injection in combination with GC chemotherapy on later bladder cancer. Methods： Two hundred patients with later bladder cancer who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The ones in the control group were given GC chemotherapy,while the ones in the observation group were added compound kuh-seng injection based on the treatment of the control group. The two group＇s chemotherapy result,immune function and life quality were observed; The patients were followed up for 3 years; Their long-term survival rate and tumor marker level were also observed. Results： The clinical benefit rate,effective rate and KPS score of the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences between them had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. After chemotherapy,the observation group＇s Natural killer cells,immunoglobulin and t-lymphocytes and subgroup levels were all higher than those in the control group; and the differences between them had statistical significance（ P 〈0.05）. After 2-year follow-up,the observation group＇ tumor markers level was significantly lower than that of the control group,but its 2-year survival rate was higher than that of the control group; and the differences between them had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Compound kuh-seng injection in combination with GC chemotherapy can significantly improve the immune functions of patients with later bladder cancer,chemotherapy effect and long-term survival rate.
