药浴联合穴位按压治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴发热临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察药浴联合穴位按压治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染伴发热的临床疗效。方法:将86例急性上呼吸道感染伴发热患儿随机分为对照组和研究组各43例,对照组采取常规治疗,同时进行静脉滴注炎琥宁治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上,进行中药药浴配合穴位按压治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及相关指标变化情况。结果:研究组有效率为93.02%,对照组有效率为72.09%,两组有效率比较存在统计学意义(χ2=12.925,P=0.002<0.05);研究组患儿在发烧持续时间、体温反复次数、咽喉部肿痛消退时间、咳嗽消失时间等方面均存在显著优势,且差异有统计学意义(t=-15.396,t=-9.912,t=-6.672,t=-6.232,P均为0.000<0.05);研究组未出现任何不良反应,对照组不良反应发生率为18.60%,组间比较差异存在显著统计学差异(χ2=11.912,P=0.001<0.05)。结论:药浴结合穴位按压治疗小儿上呼吸道感染伴发热疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath in combination with acupressure therapy on infantile acute upper respiratory tract infections. Methods： Eighty-six patients with infantile acute upper respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 43 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine treatment plus intravenous infusion with yanhuning（ YHN）,while the ones in the research group were added traditional Chinese medicine bath in combination with acupressure therapy based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects and the change of related indexes of the two groups were comparedResults： The effective rate of the research group was 93. 02%,while that of the control group was 72. 09%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ χ2= 12. 925,P = 0. 002 〈0. 05）. The ones in the research had a lot of advantages,such as shorter fever duration,fewer body fever repeated attack,quicker sore throat extinction speed,and all the differences between them had statistical significance（ t =- 15. 396,t =- 9. 912,t =- 6. 672,t =- 6. 232,all = 0. 000〈 0. 05）. The research group had no adverse reactions,while the reoccurrence rate of adverse reactions of the control group was 18. 60%; and the difference between them had statistical significance（ χ2= 11. 912,P = 0. 001 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine bath in combination with acupressure therapy has remarkable clinical curative effect on infantile acute upper respiratory tract infections.
