消痈解毒汤治疗肾脓肿48例

摘　　要：目的:观察消痈解毒汤治疗肾脓肿的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年10月—2013年10月本院收治的肾脓肿患者83例,随机分为对照组35例和观察组48例,对照组采用静脉滴注抗生素进行治疗,观察组采用消痈解毒汤治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及中医症状积分改善情况。结果:两组患者综合疗效比较,观察组有效率为89.58%,对照组有效率为57.14%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组患者证候疗效比较,观察组有效率为85.42%,对照组有效率为60.00%,两组有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);且观察组临床症状积分改善优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消痈解毒汤治疗肾脓肿可有效改善患者临床症状,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiaoyong Jiedu Decoction（ XYJD） on renal abscess. Methods：Eighty-three patients with renal abscess who were treated in our hospital between Oct. of 2010 and Oct. of 2013 were chosen and randomly divided into the control group with 35 cases and the observation group with 48 cases. The ones in the control group were given intravenous infusion of antibiotics,while the ones in the observation group were given XYJD. Then the clinical curative effect and TCM symptom score improvement of the two groups were compared. Results： In terms of the comprehensive curative effect,the effective rate of the observation group was 89. 58%,while that of the control group was 57. 14%,and the difference between them had significance（ P〈 0. 05）. In terms of the syndrome curative effect,the effective rate of the observation group was85. 42%,while that of the control group was 60. 00%,and the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 01）.What＇s more,the clinical symptom score improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： XYJD has remarkable clinical curative effect on renal abscess,and can greatly improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms.
