复方鲜竹沥液辅助治疗老年喘息性支气管炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察采用复方鲜竹沥液口服辅助治疗老年喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:将68例老年喘息性支气管炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予口服复方鲜竹沥液治疗,两组均以7 d为1个疗程,治疗结束后比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为94.11%,与对照组的91.18%比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者的临床症状及体征消失时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方鲜竹沥液口服辅助治疗老年喘息性支气管炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of compound fresh bamboo juice as adjuvant therapy on elderly asthmatic bronchitis. Methods： Sixty-eight patients with elderly asthmatic bronchitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added compound fresh bamboo juice as adjuvant therapy based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups regarded 7 days as one course. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 94. 11%,while that of the control group was 91. 18%; And the difference between them had no statistical significance（ P〉 0. 05）. The clinical symptoms and the time for physical sign disappearance of the treatment group were all fewer than those of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Compound fresh bamboo juice as adjuvant therapy has remarkable clinical curative effect on elderly asthmatic bronchitis.
